Thank you for shopping at Love Shoes Outlet. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you may request returns, replacements, or refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags and accessories included

We cannot accept:

  • worn or damaged items
  • items returned without packaging
  • items showing odor, dirt, or alterations
  • clearance / final sale items

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Support Team:

Please include:

  • order number
  • full name
  • reason for return
  • photo(s) of the product if damaged/incorrect

Once approved, return instructions will be sent to you.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → we cover return shipping.

In all other cases (change of mind, size issues, etc.) → the customer covers return shipping.

Return labels must be used within the validity period provided.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to store error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • sizing issues
  • defective products
  • incorrect items received

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

  • damaged
  • factory-defective
  • wrong style, color, or size

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will offer:

  • replacement at no cost, or
  • full refund

7. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • clearance / final sale items
  • promotional giveaways
  • gift cards

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but not received:

  • check with neighbors or building management
  • confirm the delivery location with the carrier

Love Shoes Outlet is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered.

Carrier claims can be filed with our assistance.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

After fulfillment, cancellation must proceed as a standard return.
